As an emergency fire-protection device, fire-resistant rolling shutters appear identical from the outside, making it impossible to judge their quality unless an actual fire occurs and problems arise. Moreover, during inspection and acceptance, it’s virtually impossible to distinguish genuine from fake products simply by looking at their surface appearance.
