1. Highly compatible with interior decoration.
Steel-wood door frames can be fitted with trim and feature decorative edge trims that are available in various styles. According to international industry standards, common edge trims include 2-centimeter flat trims, 5-centimeter flat rounded trims, and 5-centimeter ornate trims. These frames offer a wide variety of styles, all characterized by their elegant and sophisticated appearance.

Steel-wood doors are priced lower than all-steel doors yet moderately higher than all-wood doors. Moreover, the wooden door leaf itself is lighter than a steel leaf, making it easier to open and close smoothly. Installation and Construction Acceptance Specifications for Steel-wood Fire Doors?
Steel-wood fire-rated door installation:
1. Before installing the door frame, ensure that the frame is properly aligned and squared. If the door frame or door leaf has expanded, contracted, or deformed due to careless handling during transportation or stacking, it should be repaired before installation. When erecting the door frame, pay close attention to the vertical alignment of the hinge holes and lock holes. Be sure to use a level to check and adjust the vertical angles around the frame, ensuring that the frame is perfectly horizontal and evenly balanced from side to side.
2. The door casing must be integrated with the overall building structure and connected to the wall using wooden or steel components. During installation, the door casing should be embedded 20 mm below the ±0.00 level, but never less than 15 mm.
3. When installing the door frame, first precisely position the door casing before installing the door leaf. After installation, ensure that the door opens smoothly without any obstructions, warping, or difficulty in closing tightly. The overall width of the ceiling for fire-rated doors and windows, as well as the allowable tolerances, must comply with the specified requirements.
Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Steel-wood Fire Doors:
1. The steel-wood fire-rated door has a total opening width of 1200 mm and a relative opening height of 2100 mm. The door leaf features no laminated glass, the door frame has a single rebate, no glazed transom windows, and no external frame lines. The door leaf closes counterclockwise. This double-leaf fire-rated door boasts a fire-retardant duration of at least 1.00 hour and a fire-resistance duration of at least 0.05 hour.
2. The mitered edges and joints of steel-wood fire doors shall be tight and neatly finished; the surface of engineered wood panels must not be completely penetrated by planing on the single-layer face veneer; the surface finish should be smooth and polished, and the plating should be even and well-aligned, with no signs of paint buildup, bubbles, missed coating, or running.
3. The narrowest width of the steel-wood fire-rated doors on the corridors is 1.2 meters; in the distribution room, it’s 1.5 meters; side doors range from 0.9 to 1 meter; and the rooftop machine room has doors that are 1.2 to 1.5 meters wide. Typically, fire-rated door manufacturers produce doors with widths up to 2400 mm.
